Blocked Toilets
A toilet rising to the rim or refusing to flush needs its line cleared properly, not a bucket and hope. We sort the pan and everything downstream of it.
Tree roots near Justin Somers Reserve slip into PVC drain joints, so Warner locals call (07) 3524 0742 for blocked drains, sewers, stormwater pits, sinks and toilets.
If we're late, $100 comes off your bill
Every drain job starts with finding the cause, and the full list lives on our drain services page:

A toilet rising to the rim or refusing to flush needs its line cleared properly, not a bucket and hope. We sort the pan and everything downstream of it.

Sewage smells or a gully spilling outside point to a blocked sewer line. We clear it and trace where the fault sits before it reaches your laundry.

Stormwater pits that flood after heavy rain get cleared and checked, so roof and driveway runoff reaches the creek lines instead of pooling at the garage door.

Sinks, showers and laundry wastes cleaned out with an electric eel or jet blasting, stripping grease and soap buildup back to a smooth pipe wall.

A camera run through the line shows roots, grease or a crushed section on a screen, so you fix the real problem instead of guessing at it.

Cracked, root-damaged or collapsed pipes get dug up and replaced, or relined where digging up the yard isn't the sensible first move.

Warner Blocked Drain Services is the blocked drain service for Warner, Joyner and Bray Park. We take on toilets, sewers, stormwater lines and fixture drains, from the estate streets around Old North Road out to the acreage blocks on the rural-residential fringe.
Most of the suburb is detached houses on clay ground, home to young families, so a gurgling drain never stays quiet for long. It's locally owned and operated, not a franchise.

Justin Somers Reserve and Kremzow Road Reserve are both wooded, and acreage gardens carry plenty of mature natives too. Estate-era PVC drains run near that canopy, and roots work into the joint gaps rather than cracking the pipe, so the block builds slowly and comes back unless the joint is dealt with.
The ground rolls down toward Four Mile Creek, Conflagration Creek and Todds Gully, and runoff carries soil and leaves with it. Flat stretches of lower-boundary stormwater line catch the lot, so the pits fill fast after a downpour.
The outlets around Samsonvale Road and Everest Street, in the district centre, push fryer and kitchen waste into shared mains. Grease congeals in the cooler pipes further down and narrows the line until everything behind it stops.
The reactive clay subsoil shrinks and swells as it wets and dries, and that movement can shear a PVC line where it passes a slab edge. The result is a sag that catches paper and solids, and a drain that blocks again no matter how many times it's cleared.

Drain backing up right now? Three quick checks:

usually means air trapped behind a partial blockage in the main line.
points to a shared line that's closing up downstream.
means the sewer line is blocked somewhere past that point.
usually mean silt and leaves have settled in the low runs of the line.

, whether it's a simple gully trap or a line under a driveway or slab edge.
, because deep clay or PVC lines take longer to reach and clear.
, since roots, grease and collapsed sections each need a different method.
to pin the cause down before any repair work is priced.
When we're not the right call: if the blockage sits in Unitywater's sewer main under the street, that's the water authority's pipe to fix, not ours.

All three creek lines drain to the Lower Pine River stormwater catchment. Council flood mapping puts a flood planning area over the creek corridors and the district centre at Samsonvale Road and Old North Road, so the pits and culverts there cop the heaviest runoff in the suburb.
Most estate streets sit above the mapped overlay, but overland flow cuts across acreage lots and the reserves, so those drains see the water first. The storm season runs from late spring through summer, so a pit that's slow in October is usually flooded by January.

We cover Warner and the suburbs around it, from Joyner and Bray Park through Strathpine and Brendale across to Eatons Hill. Each page carries the drain issues specific to that suburb, because creek lines and pipe ages differ street to street.

On (07) 3524 0742, run through which fixtures are slow, gurgling or overflowing, so the plumber on the way knows where to start.

We find the cause, explain the fix and give you a fixed upfront price, and the work only starts once you agree to it.
We clear the blockage with the right method for the pipe, then run water through to confirm it's flowing freely and check the cause isn't still sitting in the line.

We run water through the line until it drains freely and show you the result before we pack up.

Where the blockage sits, how deep the line runs, what caused it, and whether a camera inspection is needed each shift the fixed price we agree before work begins.
Call in the morning and we can usually have a plumber at your Warner drain the same day, though we never promise it before we know the day's run.
The pipes inside your boundary and the house connection are yours to maintain, while the sewer main under the street belongs to Unitywater, your water authority.
Wipes, paper towel, cotton buds, fats and cooking oil should go straight in the bin; they set hard in cooler pipe runs and trap whatever passes through.
We start with what you describe on the phone, clear the line, and if the cause is still unclear, send a CCTV camera through to see whether it's roots, silt or a broken pipe.
Ring (07) 3524 0742, describe which fixtures are slow or gurgling, and we'll agree a fixed upfront price before the plumber sets out to your place.
